  • How much does website hosting cost?

    We charge $25 per month or $23 per month if paid annually. You decide which hosting subscription works best for you.

  • How stable is the hosting platform?

    Our websites are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), one of the industry’s most trusted and secure cloud-based solutions. The professional website builder is highly stable with a 99.9% uptime. 

  • Do I need to register a domain name?

    Yes, you will need a domain name. You can purchase one at the time of going live or you can use a domain name that you already own. We will assist you in pointing your domain to your new site when you go live.

  • What about email accounts?

    You will continue to use your existing email service / provider. Email services are not included. Should you require an email service, we will assist in recommending a third party email service provider for you.

  • Do I get full ownership of my website?

    Of course you do. Upon payment, you receive full access and usage rights to use and modify all files loaded to the web server. All files loaded to the web server such as text, photos, HTML, and CSS may be used or modified by you even if you choose to use another company.

  • How often is my website backed up?

    Your website is backed up every time you publish a change. In addition, you can manually create a backup file on demand in the settings menu.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your subscription, send an email to support@visualmediaonline.com or contact us at 732-354-1123 within 15 days of your monthly renewal date. Your website will remain active until the renewal date expires.

  • Can I get a copy of my website?

    Sure, if you'd like a copy of your website emailed to you, simply send us an email at support@visualmediaonline.com or call us at 732-354-1123. We will email you a .zip file containing your entire website. Note that you will lose the ability to use our CMS system if you decide to host the website with another company.
