Although you can use a free carrd.co domain we strongly suggest having your own domain name to make you look more professional. The first year of domain name registration through Hover.com is included in the initial build fee. If you choose to use a different domain name registrar, the free domain registration does not apply. You are responsible to subsiquent payments for your domain name after the first year.

Is there any site you won't make?

Yes, we will not create websites that are Political Unlawful or violates law Threatening or abusive Libelous or defamatory Invasive of privacy or publicity rights Pornographic Encouraging of criminal conduct or activity Infringing on another's trademarks or intellectual property

How long can the page be?

One page websites can be no more than 10 sections long which is plenty for a one page website. "Sections" include header, about us, services, testimonials, photo gallery, contact us, footer, etc.

What if I need more than one page?

For those who need a more extensive website, we can provide pricing and options for you, customized to your needs.

What about email accounts?

You will continue to use your existing email service / provider. Email services are not included. Should you require an email service, we will assist in recommending a third party email service provider for you.

The next step is to get a domain name for your website.

A domain name is your website address (www.yoursite.com). It's usually the name of your business. If you've already purchased one, skip down to the next step. If you need to purchase a domain name, you can purchase one from one of many domain name registrars online but the one we recommend most is Hover. We love Hover for their ease of use and low prices. They also offer email addresses for your domain at very affordable prices!

Our team will need access to your domain registrar to connect the domain to the site. If you'd prefer to do this on your own, we can provide you with instructions to add the appropriate records at your domain registrar to get your site live.

The final step is to get you signed up with your subscription.

You can pay using either PayPal or your credit card. The credit card charge will show Acevedo Enterprises, LLC. Don't worry, that's our LLC company name. We will get started on your website upon receiving payment and will present a first draft within a day or two!

Can I sell things on my website?

While this is not geared toward e-commerce websites, we can link to 3rd party ecommerce sites such as Shopify and payment proccessing sites such as PayPal and Stripe.
What about updating the website?

We'd be happy to make any simple text or photo changes for you at no additional cost. If something more involved is required we'd let you know of the cost.
How do I terminate the agreement?

Once the website is built and one time fee is paid for, you can terminate the agreement at any time. $9.99 monthly fees are paid annually and are not refundable or prorated. We'd be happy to provide a copy of your website files if requested. Note, form elements will, while visibly present, not be functional .
