  • What about email accounts?

    You will continue to use your existing email service / provider. Email services are NOT included. Should you require an email service, we will assist in recommending a third-party email service provider for you.

  • Do I get full ownership of my website?

    Of course you do. Upon payment, you receive full access and usage rights to use and modify all files loaded to the web server. All files loaded to the web server such as text, photos, HTML, and CSS may be used or modified by you even if you choose to use another company.

  • How often is my website backed up?

    Your website is backed up every time you publish a change. In addition, you can manually create a backup file on demand in the settings menu.

  • How do I get started?

    Click "Give it a try for Free" and fill out the onboarding form to tell us your name, company, and what type of website you plan on creating. We will email you a link to create a password and you will then have access to build your website. We'll start with a template based on your company type  but you will be able to choose another template or start with a blank template.

  • I've built my site. How do I make it live?

    Go to the DIY page and click the "I'm ready to go live" button. Follow the steps on that page and your website will be live in no time.

  • Can someone build my website for me?

    Of course! This is a DIY plan however if you would prefer to have us develop a website for you we'd be happy to do it for you. Contact us for more information.

  • What type of support is included?

    We offer online support with our Online Help Center which has instructions in text as well as a video library where you can learn how to build your website. We also provide email support.

  • How long will our free account remain active?

    If you build a free site on the platform and fail to publish or edit that site for six months or longer, we may, at our discretion, delete your site with or without notice to you.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your subscription, send an email to support@visualmediaonline.com or contact us at 732-354-1123 within 15 days of your monthly renewal date. Your website will remain active until the renewal date expires.

  • Can I get a copy of my website?

    Sure, if you'd like a copy of your website emailed to you, simply send us an email at support@visualmediaonline.com or call us at 732-354-1123. We will email you a .zip file containing your entire website. Note that you will lose the ability to use our CMS system if you decide to host the website with another company.
