Off Hours Support
I am happy to undertake urgent tasks outside of normal business hours, based on my availability at that time. I charge 1.5 x the normal hourly rate during evenings/weekends and 2 x normal hourly rate on Bank Holidays.

Do my hours expire?
Yes, your hours expire and do not roll over to the next billing period. They must be used during the 30-days that your package includes.
How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?
I can conform to your most convenient method, ex. via phone, text, email, Zoom, Facebook Messenger and many other forms of communication. All monthly packages include two free 15-minute phone calls per month. Calls longer than 30 minutes per month will be charged against your monthly package.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract. You must however agree to our terms of service. You pre-pay month-to-month and there is no cancellation fee or penalty. Your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month. We do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused hours.
What happens if I Need more hours than what i purchased?
You will always have the option of purchasing more time.
Is my company or personal information protected?
We care about the security of your information and use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
