1. Credit card orders are processed through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account. To pay by credit card, click the "Checkout as Guest" or "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button at the bottom of the payment page. You can also mail us a check if you prefer.
2. Your credit card will be auto debited each month until you cancel your monthly subscription. If you wish to manually pay each month click here.

How we work together

1. We discuss your needs
I offer a free no obligation 30-minute phone consultation to gain a broad overview of your business, your current challenges & identify areas in which I can assist you. We will determine whether we're a good fit to work together and which package will best suit your needs. Schedule a consultation now.

2. Agree to our terms of service
I will email you a link where you will be able to read and sign our terms of service. Your electronic signature is required before beginning the work.

3. Purchase a package
You visit our pricing page and purchase a monthly package for our time. This is good for 30 days. Packages are all-inclusive to Virtual Assistant Services and do not include Website Development. You can also subscribe to a monthly auto pay subscription so that you won't need to bother paying each month. No minimum. Cancel anytime.

4. Your virtual assistant does the work
I do all of the work that we discussed and outlined in our terms of service for that month. 

5. We keep in touch
I communicate to you our progress throughout the month via email. You are also entitled to two 15-minute calls per month, at no additional cost, to review the work and assign any additional tasks if there is any time remaining.

When ARE YOU available?

​I am available Mon - Fri from 9 AM to 6 PM ET. 

​Off Hours Support
​I am happy to undertake urgent tasks outside of normal business hours, based on my availability at that time. I charge 1.5 x the normal hourly rate during evenings/weekends and 2 x normal hourly rate on Bank Holidays.

Do my hours expire?

Yes, your hours expire and do not roll over to the next billing period. They must be used during the 30-days that your package includes.

How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?

I can conform to your most convenient method, ex. via phone, text, email, Zoom, Facebook Messenger and many other forms of communication. All monthly packages include two free 15-minute phone calls per month. Calls longer than 30 minutes per month will be charged against your monthly package.

Is there a contract?

​There is no contract. You must however agree to our terms of service. You pre-pay month-to-month and there is no cancellation fee or penalty. Your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month. We do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused hours. 

What happens if I Need more hours than what i purchased?

You will always have the option of purchasing more time.

Is my company or personal information protected? 

We care about the security of your information and use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
